About me
I am Johnny van Schooneveld, a dietician since 2019. My passion for nutrition started at a young age, because I have been intensively involved in athletics since I was six years old. To perform well in sports, a healthy lifestyle is essential. This inspired me to delve into nutrition and health, knowledge that I now apply with great pleasure to help others feel optimally in their own skin.
As a sports dietician, I provide personalized advice to clients about nutrition during and around sports. My own experience in various sports enables me to provide advice that perfectly matches the specific needs of athletes.
In addition, I am also a lifestyle coach. In this role, I always look at the whole picture. Lifestyle factors are closely linked and only by discussing them all can we work on lasting, sustainable change.
